We make an inventory at your check-in AND your check-out.

You will be asked to let us 2 deposit checks (not cash, unless there is a problem). One of 285 € for the mobile home (in case of big breakage, theft or unpaid).

When you rent an accommodation for more than two weeks, then the next gas bottle to install is your charge (Cost: 40 €).

Electricity (mobile homes), during the low season (from 01/10 to 30/04): 3.5kWh per day is provided for free. Any excess will be charged based on actual consumption. The aim is to address certain abuses and raise awareness about issues of reducing energy consumption.

In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of your stay will be requested as soon as the dates of your stay are confirmed by telephone or e-mail.In case of cancellation of the booking during the 15 days before your arrival, we will be obliged to cash this check. Unless you take the cancellation insurance (15 euros).
