Practical information for
your mobile home rental
Do I have to pay a deposit? Is there cancellation insurance?
To confirm your booking, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost of your stay will be requested as soon as the dates of your stay have been confirmed by telephone or e-mail.
The balance is payable on arrival at the latest.
Cancellation insurance is available through Neat – Flex formula (5% of the price of the stay):
100% reimbursed, within 48 hours with proof of purchase
70% reimbursed, guaranteed without receipts
Without insurance taken out at the time of booking, the stay is non-refundable.

Is there a deposit?
You will be asked to pay a deposit (bank imprint) of €285 for the mobile home (in the event of breakage, theft, damage or unpaid balance).
Is electricity consumption included?
Electricity (mobile homes), during low season (01/10 to 30/04): 3.5 units per day. Any excess will be billed on the basis of actual consumption. The aim is to offset certain abuses and raise awareness of the need to reduce energy consumption.

Our mobile homes are inspected by our teams after your departure.
I’m arriving after 6pm, what should I do?
Call the campsite reception to let us know. We’ll explain the procedure to you and ask you for some information so that we can welcome you in the best possible conditions.
Is early arrival (before 4pm) and late departure (after 11am) possible?
Yes, with a supplement (8 euros if you arrive at 2pm, 15 euros if you stay until 2pm the next day.
Is cleaning included?
Cleaning is not included in the price of the stay (option at 45 euros).
Do you offer bread and breakfasts?
Yes, you need to place your order before 6pm the day before.
Is the campsite accessible at all hours?
Yes, you can enter the campsite at any time by entering the gate code.
